Edgar County Farm Bureau’s Young Leaders program tackles the unique needs of men and women 18-35 years old, who have passion for all aspects of agriculture. Young Leaders build community and promote agriculture both in Edgar County and on the state level. On a local level, Young Leaders build relationships with youth and encourage leadership development after high school FFA and 4-H activities, and through state level programs such as Agricultural Leaders of Tomorrow and the annual Young Leaders Conference, members learn how to build on a foundation for leadership.
